PC or Mac not booting? System beyond repair?

The rebuild me from RT is all about starting over fresh. For the system that's
beyond repair the 'rebuild me' is the answer. We will back up your data, install your new
operating system then recover your data to the new installation, all ready for you to start
over fresh or to enjoy the benefits of a new operating system if you're upgrading.

What we'll do:
Back up your data
Reinstall or upgrade your operating system (we'll need your system disks)
Run any updates for the operating system and install your anti-virus software if required
Install Applications of your choice (not supplied)
Return your data back to the computer
Completely test the new system

Hard drive clicking and clunking, computer locking up or doesn't detect the hard drive?

This could be a sign that your hard drive has had or is about to have a major malfunction
and if you haven't backed up your data then you risk losing the lot!

Don't panic, we can help.

We will test your computer first to determine it's a hard drive issue then make initial attempts
to repair it onsite. If it's not responding we will need to take it back to our service centre where
we can get to work on it on our equipment.

** Cost of data recovery may vary depending on what is actually at fault with the hard drive. Some hardware

When you book us for a service and we fix the problem within 30 minutes all you pay is $44.00. Not including the purchase of any parts or products.

We understand IT and know that sometimes there's more than just one problem!

Sometimes it's your computer and your network, sometimes it's a virus and a failing
hard drive and sometimes it's two computers that are playing up!

Rescuetech provides a remote support and assistance service over the internet by controlling your computer remotely from our offices.

Whether it's fixing an issue with your computer or providing training a remote technician will be able to assist.
